Privacy Policy

Short Hill Labs LLC ("Short Hill Labs", "we") makes apps, games, and related services. This policy explains, across our products, what we collect and why. An individual product may publish its own privacy notice with details specific to it; where it does, that notice governs that product and this one covers the rest. What we collect

Account: the email or sign-in identifier you use, and a display name associated with it.
Content you create: the text, images, messages, and other content you enter into or generate within our products.
Subscriptions: if a product lets you subscribe to a newsletter, update, or mailing list, the email address you give us for that, so we can send it.
Device & usage: a push-notification token if you enable notifications, your platform and app version (to diagnose issues), aggregate analytics about how a product or page is used, and basic operational and cost logs.

How we use it

To provide and operate our products, generate the content and features you ask for, send the notifications and any newsletter or mailing list you opt into, and improve what we make. You can unsubscribe from any mailing list at any time using the link in the message or by emailing us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI processing

Some of our products use third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate text, images, audio, or search results. When you use a feature powered by them, the input needed for that feature is sent to the relevant provider, which processes it under its own terms; we don't control their retention. Please don't enter anything you wouldn't want an AI provider to process.

Service providers

We rely on infrastructure and service partners — such as Supabase (database, storage, sign-in), Expo (push notifications), Cloudflare (web delivery), and the AI providers above — each of which processes data only to provide its part of a product.

What others can see

Some products are collaborative: content you place in a shared space is visible to the others in it, and content you deliberately publish (for example, a public share link) is visible to anyone with the link. Each product's own interface and notice describe its specific sharing.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account and the content it belongs to exist. You can delete your account and its data from within the product where you created it, or email us and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). Please don't use them if you're under the minimum age where you live.

Your choices

Manage notifications in each product's settings, and email us any time to access or delete your data.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products evolve; we'll note material changes here.
